Compensation: $500 - $700 per month - 100% Remote Working
We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and drive the organic growth of our online presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about optimizing websites for search engines, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO, and possesses a strong analytical mindset. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective SEO strategies that enhance our website's visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify valuable target keywords and phrases.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and content, to improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement off-page optimization strategies, including link building and outreach.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Regularly audit websites for SEO issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry developments, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and optimization.
- Keep track of competitors' SEO activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Provide insights and reports on SEO performance to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, indexing problems, and site speed.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging SEO trends and techniques.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English AND Spanish.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts as they relate to SEO.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and their impact on SEO.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Working hours: 10AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday) (CDT), 10Am - 3PM (Saturday) (CDT)
